Cypress is warming and comforting; with its herbaceous, fresh and woody scent, it promotes spiritual harmony and growth. Use Cypress essential oil in your skincare regime to support the complexion. Cypress may also help you to accept change and feel more secure in yourself, as it can be spiritually grounding and mentally stabilising.

Topical: Apply 2-4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for sensitive skin.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
